About Kaylynn Palaio

A service learning trip to Guatemala with Engineers Without Borders first sparked Kaylynn's interest in community development. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Kaylynn taught English in Chile and worked for a women's rights organization. She went back to school to earn her MA in International Development, with a concentration in Gender and Capacity Building, at the George Washington University. While studying she had the privilege to travel and work alongside inspiring women in the Bolivian Andes and Ethiopia. Most recently Kaylynn worked on the front lines in the fight to end human trafficking on the National Human Trafficking Hotline. Kaylynn joined the team in March 2014 and is extremely proud of the newest region in the Dominican Republic--the south!
We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop. -Mother Theresa
