About Inès Mazas
Inès is the current Country Manager of Community Enterprise Solutions and Social Entrepreneur Corps in Guatemala. She joined the organization in May 2014, starting as a Field Consultant in the region of Sololá, working closely with our local social enterprise Soluciones Comunitarias. Inès grew up in France and started to work in the social business sector after a double major in business and social development fields. She graduated in 2012 with a Master of Science in Management at ESSEC Business School in Paris and worked for two years at the global consulting firm Accenture. During this period, she got involved in several international development projects in various fields: education in Burkina Faso, microfinance in India and affordable housing in Argentina where she lived for 9 months and fell in love with Latin America. In 2013, she graduated with a second Masters degree in Public Rights and Development Politics at the Paris V University. Before joining CES and SEC, she worked at Hystra, a consulting firm specializing in supporting social enterprises. Inès loves traveling and working on social challenges in communities; she speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
